Our Commitment Against Abuse
Integrity is a fundamental pillar of our work in international cooperation. In all our education and health projects, we act ethically with transparency and respect for every person involved – beneficiaries, trainers, healthcare providers, and staff.
Enfants du Monde has zero tolerance for any form of abuse, exploitation, harassment, discrimination, fraud, or corruption. Our integrity policies apply to all our activities, both in Switzerland and in the field, and cover in particular:
- Protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH)
- Child protection and safeguarding
- Gender equality and the fight against all forms of discrimination
- Prevention of fraud, corruption, and abuse of power
We expect all individuals working with us to fully uphold these principles.
Our Safeguarding Mechanism
To ensure everyone’s safety and dignity, we have established a clear and confidential safeguarding mechanism. Any concern or suspicion of a violation of our standards can be reported and will be handled impartially and securely, with respect for confidentiality and the rights of those involved.
