Am Ende der Grundschule verf\u00fcgen nur etwa zwei von drei Sch\u00fcler*innen \u00fcber angemessene Lese- und Mathematikkenntnisse. Um dieser Realit\u00e4t entgegenzuwirken, f\u00fchren wir ein Projekt zur St\u00e4rkung des burkinischen Bildungssystems durch \u2013 im Auftrag der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eda.admin.ch\/deza\/de\/home.html\">Direktion f\u00fcr Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit (DEZA) der Schweiz.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ziel ist es, die Bildung nachhaltig zu verbessern \u2013 in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.education.gov.bf\/accueil\">Ministerium f\u00fcr Grundbildung in Burkina Faso<\/a> und der <a href=\"https:\/\/planete-eed.org\/\">NGO Plan\u00e8te Enfants &amp; D\u00e9veloppement<\/a>, in drei Regionen des Landes: der Zentral-Nord-Region, der Zentral-West-Region und den Hauts-Bassins. Wir stellen ein Team von Bildungsexpert*innen zusammen, das die Aus- und Weiterbildung der burkinischen Lehrkr\u00e4fte \u00fcber ihre gesamte Laufbahn hinweg verbessert. Zwar existieren einige Fr\u00fchf\u00f6rder- und Bildungszentren, doch die meisten dieser Einrichtungen sind sogenannte \u201eBisongo\u201c, von den Gemeinden selbst geschaffene Strukturen mit sehr begrenzten Mitteln. Die Betreuer*innen, auch \u201ekleine Papas\u201c und \u201ekleine Mamas\u201c genannt, haben meistens keine p\u00e4dagogische Ausbildung. Doch die Realit\u00e4t zeigt: Diese dezentrale Verwaltung funktioniert oft nicht reibungslos. Schulmaterialien treffen erst im Januar ein \u2013 obwohl das Schuljahr bereits im Oktober beginnt.
