In vielen L\u00e4ndern sind n\u00e4mlich noch gro\u00dfe Anstrengungen n\u00f6tig: Wir arbeiten mit den Gesundheitsministerien zusammen, <strong>um <\/strong><\/span><strong><span lang=\"de-CH\">die F\u00e4higkeiten des Gesundheitspersonals zu st\u00e4rken <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"de-CH\">und gleichzeitig die kulturellen und pers\u00f6nlichen Bed\u00fcrfnisse von Frauen und Kindern, die Pflegeleistungen in Anspruch nehmen, zu respektieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"de-CH\">Konkret unterst\u00fctzen wir die Ministerien und lokalen Organisationen dabei, Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung in ihre Arbeit zu integrieren: Diese Herangehensweise st\u00e4rkt das nationale Gesundheitssystem. Workshops, Meetings und Diskussionen werden gemeinsam mit den zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rden entwickelt.
