Ces jeunes femmes encourent un risque de naissance pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e, de complications \u00e0 l&#8217;accouchement et de mortalit\u00e9. En d\u00e9cembre dernier, No\u00e9mie Gu\u00e9rif, sp\u00e9cialiste \u00e9ducation pour Enfants du Monde s\u2019est rendue \u00e0 Mahenge, dans le district rural d\u2019Ulanga au sud du pays, pour renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des formateurs\u00b7trices locaux\u00b7les en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation sexuelle.<\/p>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    \n    <section class=\"rightTextLeftImg \" style=\"display:\">\n        <div class=\"container\">\n            <div class=\"rightTextLeftImgRow\">\n                                    <div class=\"left\">\n                                            <\/div>\n                                                    <div class=\"right\">\n                        <div class=\"content\">\n                            <h2>                                Co-construire une formation en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation sexuelle <small><\/small>\n                            <\/h2>                                                            <p>Mahenge n\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 500 km de Dar Es Salaam, la grande ville c\u00f4ti\u00e8re. Il faut 2 jours de route et de piste pour s\u2019y rendre. On parcourt une zone de savane bois\u00e9e, les arbres sont partout, la terre est rouge. No\u00e9mie a rendez-vous avec ses coll\u00e8gues de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solidarmed.ch\/en\">SolidarMed <\/a>ainsi que des repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7es du Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, un enseignant de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Dodoma, la capitale, une enseignante et deux prestataires de soin du district qui constituent \u00e0 eux tous, le groupe des formateurs\u00b7trices locaux\u00b7les qu\u2019elle est venue rencontrer. Des \u00ab pairs \u00e9ducateurs \u00bb, adolescent\u00b7es form\u00e9\u00b7es pour assurer les s\u00e9ances d\u2019\u00e9ducation sexuelle aupr\u00e8s de leurs camarades et de leur communaut\u00e9, ainsi que les enseignant\u00b7es, infirmier\u00b7es et sages-femmes\/ma\u00efeuticiens qui les suivent dans cette t\u00e2che, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interview\u00e9\u00b7es et leurs pratiques observ\u00e9es afin de mieux comprendre ce qu\u2019ils\u00b7elles font et comment ils\u00b7elles s\u2019y prennent.
