Das Land erlebt derzeit einen historischen Wandel von einem zentralisierten Staat hin zu einer f\u00f6deralen, s\u00e4kularen Republik und steht vor grossen Herausforderungen.<\/span><\/p>\n                                                                                                            <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section class=\" imageContentSec\" style=\"display:\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n      <div class=\"imageContentWrap\">\n        <div class=\"content\">\n          <h5><\/h5>\n          <p><p align=\"left\"><span lang=\"fr-CH\">Im letzten Jahrzehnt kam es zu einer starken Binnenmigration, die die arbeitssuchende Bev\u00f6lkerung dazu dr\u00e4ngte, vom Land in die St\u00e4dte zu ziehen. Im Jahr 2016 lag die M\u00fcttersterblichkeitsrate bei 239 pro 100.000 Lebendgeburten (5\/100.000 in der Schweiz**).<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\"><span lang=\"fr-CH\">Derzeit nimmt 1 von 2 Frauen die vier empfohlenen Schwangerschaftsuntersuchungen nicht wahr und im Bezirk Lumbini nehmen weniger als 2 von 10 Frauen die Nachsorgeuntersuchungen wahr. 7 von 10 Frauen geb\u00e4ren zu Hause.
